Actos adverse reactions led to dad’s kidney failing and eventually death
According to the issue, Jordan Dendo took Actos, or pioglitazone hydrochloride, from 2006 to 2010. As a direct and proximate outcome of his Actos use, the deceased supposedly suffered significant harm, conscious suffering and suffering, injuries and bodily incapacity, such as kidney melanoma, kidney surgery, and kidney failing that eventually led to his loss of life on Dec 28, 2011.

The victims also state that they will be forever deprived of their dad’s love, company, comfort, assistance, affection, community, comfort, and moral assistance.
As do other Actos legal cases, the plaintiffs? issue requests loss to compensate for their dad’s fatal accidents, such as his extensive healthcare costs, funeral costs, loss of community, and general loss.
